FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR GENERATOR
Can I use filtered water or must I use only distilled water?
For correct results, the water must be distilled. Steam distilled water is readily available at virtually all supermarkets. Before starting a brew, our state of the art generator will automatically test the water and inform you if the required purity is not there by flashing red and aborting the process. There is a single tap override feature if purer water is not available.
Can this generator make the same quality 10 PPM Colloidal silver (highly bioactive silver hydrosol) as the leading US brand, Sovereign Silver?
Absolutely, and it will brew 20 PPM as well with the clear advantage of being freshly made. When silver hydrosol is stored in a bottle, the silver nanoparticles begin to agglomerate creating larger nanoparticle sizes over time. For maximum safety especially when nebulizing, use only a fresh brewed 10 PPM solution.
The next clear advantage is cost. Because of the factory bottling and shipping expenses, companies like Sovereign Silver must charge premium prices which range from about $2 to $5 per ounce. For example, the cost of their 16 oz bottle is $43.99. That's $2.75 per ounce! Freshly making your own will cost a penny or two per ounce. Be sure to keep those empty amber glass bottles!
Because the Preventology generator also produces 20 PPM colloidal silver (bioactive silver hydrosol), it provides greater efficacy over broader applications such as topical use.
Can the Preventology generator make larger batches than 16 ounces with its integrated flask?
No, however, because of its rugged design, the CS Pro can brew back to back 16 oz batches every hour and up to 3 gallons per day!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR SPRAYER
Can I use it with Albuterol as a nebulizer?
Yes, but keep in mind there is no mouth cup as with an FDA approved nebulizer so you will have to tap the power button to turn the mist on and off during use. A good side benefit saving your solution!
Will it work while charging?
Yes. A great feature so even when the battery is fully drained, you can immediately use your sprayer on the go with any USB battery pack.
Is there a warranty on this unit?
Absolutely! If in a rare instance your unit malfunctions (physical damage is not covered) and is returned with is 30 days, we will replace it free of charge including the shipping.
What if I accidentally break my nebulizer, can it be repaired?
Possibly, if you have some glue or a soldering iron handy, do try a home repair. In general it's a good idea to be gentle with the unit, like not forcing the micro USB into the jack if it is upside down as this may break it. Also, filling the reservoir cup requires a firm grip on both parts with strong downward pressure to lock or unlock it. Because of their low cost and great use cases, many customers order more than one unit so as to always have a spare.
Is it safe to leave it charging overnight?
Sure but no need to. The sprayer shuts down the charging process automatically when the battery is full (about 20 minutes). The red light that went on when you first pluged it in will go off to indicate the charge is complete.
